When do e-Dispatch Notes become mandatory in Serbia?
Electronic Dispatch Notes become mandatory from January 1, 2026 for excise goods, and from January 1, 2027 for all other goods. From these dates, companies issuing or receiving goods must record dispatches electronically through the SEF system.
What is an e-Dispatch Note?
An e-Dispatch Note is a digital document that tracks the movement of goods and is recorded in the SEF system of the Serbian Tax Administration. Upon receiving goods, companies must report the receipt and confirm the quantities within the legally defined time frame.
